The Sunday School superintendent is Gerri Sammons who also does the childrens’ sermon. Six backpacks were filled and collected to give out to needy children at the local school.
Sept. 12 Sunday School starts @ 9 AM with Blessing of Backpacks during the worship service. The congregation has been asked to provide for supplies for backpacks and the Sunday School will buy backpacks to put them in for others in need in the community.
We had an Ecumenical Vacation Bible School and it will be at the Nazarene Church in LaFargeville August 16-21.
